The Brain Health Registry

This platform connects adults and caregivers with services and other researchers who study aging, brain health, and caregiving for people with memory changes. The registry’s goal is to share information about research opportunities related to aging, brain health, and caregiving for people with memory changes and their caregivers and to make participating in research more accessible.

We would love for you to be a part of this registry if you:

  • Identify as Hispanic, Latino/a/e/x.
  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Can speak either English or Spanish.
  • Are taking care (or have taken care) of older family member or friends (e.g. Someone with memory problems).
  • Or interested in brain or memory health, resources, or research opportunities.

Survey to Explore Alzheimer’s Beliefs and Knowledge in Diverse Communities

This study aims to understand Hispanic/Latino perspectives on memory problems, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. The goal is to use this information to develop tailored education and programs for unique community needs. Participation involves completing a 15-minute survey in either English or Spanish online, by mail, or over the phone. As a token of appreciation, participants will receive a $15 gift card.

To qualify, participants must:

  • Identify as Latino/Hispanic
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Live in the United States or Puerto Rico
