The Brain Health Registry is a platform that connects adults and caregivers with services and other researchers who study aging, brain health, and caregiving for people with memory changes. The registry’s goal is to share information about research opportunities related to aging, brain health, and caregiving for people with memory changes and their caregivers and to make participating in research more accessible.
We would love for you to be a part of this registry if you:

- Can speak either English or Spanish.
- Are taking care (or have taken care) of older family member or friends (e.g. Someone with memory problems).

What to expect
To enroll in the registry, you will be asked to answer questions regarding your eligibility for the study, complete an informed consent form, and answer demographic questions. An additional section will be required if you are interested in receiving a personalized list of resources in the Madison community. After we receive your response, we will confirm your enrollment and send you $10 as a thank you for your time. If you choose to answer the additional questions, we will also send you information about the resources you requested.
Once enrolled, you will receive communications about research studies in the area you are eligible for that might interest you. You are not required to join any other studies to remain in the brain health community registry; you may choose to participate in as many or as few as you wish. You will also receive a newsletter with updates on the registry and general educational content.
Once a year we will contact you to update your information and see if you need additional information about existing resources. As a thank you for your time you will receive $5.
