The Latino Geriatric Center Memory Clinic located at the United Community Center (UCC), invites you to participate in our educational sessions for people caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other type of dementia. The program Fortaleciendo Familias consists of four educational sessions in Spanish.
